Musky Fall

We kicked off our fall musky season a few weeks ago at the Treeland Resort musky on the fly tournament.  We were not able to convert any of our follows to fish in the net unfortunately. Our sweet talking them did not seem to help either.  Huge congrats to Ben and Russ at Thorne Bro's for sweeping the tournament!  Congrats to Dan over at Musky Fool for taking 2nd place!  Next year we will take our revenge!! Ha.  We fished a metro lake last week and the fish were on fire!  We had 6 fish up to the boat and two in the net. Aaron even caught one from the boat ramp before we even got the boat in the water, and I think the boat was slightly jealous.  Fish are hot right now and will be until the water temps get below the high 40's.  Water temp was 59 degrees last week on a local metro lake.
